SilkRoadSource provides B2B sourcing, wholesale purchasing, supplier coordination, product customization, quality inspection, order consolidation and international shipping support.

Product availability, specifications, MOQ, prices and lead times may vary depending on the product, quantity and customization requirements.

Quotations and Orders

Prices displayed or quoted are subject to final confirmation.

Final product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, packaging, delivery terms and other order details will be confirmed through quotation, proforma invoice or other written agreement before production or procurement begins.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before each order. Production, procurement or shipment may begin only after the agreed payment has been received.

OEM and Customization

OEM/ODM, private labeling, custom colors, logos and packaging may be available depending on the product.

Customized orders may require additional sample, design, mold or packaging costs.

Quality and Inspection

We work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to help ensure products meet the specifications confirmed before production.

Customers may request additional inspection or quality-control services before shipment when applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, methods and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, order volume and agreed Incoterms.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, logistics providers, weather, port congestion or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Customized and specially sourced products may not be eligible for return once procurement or production has started.
