What "low MOQ sourcing" means at SilkRoad Source
Most Chinese factories quote a minimum order quantity of 1,000 to 5,000 pieces per SKU. That number is designed for large importers, not for a distributor in Tashkent testing a new product line. We close that gap by acting as the buyer on your behalf: we place your order with the factory at their volume terms, then split it into a shipment sized for your working capital.
The result is a practical floor of 100 pieces per SKU, with no limit on how many different SKUs you combine. One container can carry 10 SKUs or 60 SKUs. You pay for the volume you actually ship, not for the order size the factory prefers.

Service fee structure
We publish our fees instead of hiding them in the product price. There are three fee lines: a sourcing service fee, a consolidation fee, and optional inspection. Freight is booked at carrier cost and passed through without markup, so you see the carrier invoice.
1. Sourcing service fee
Charged on the total FOB value of each shipment, on a sliding scale.

The USD 12 per CBM is our handling fee for receiving, labelling, marking and loading your goods. It is not the sea freight. Freight is charged separately at the carrier's own rate — see the reference range in the freight table below.

How a mixed-SKU order works: 6 steps
- Send your list. Share product links, photos or a spreadsheet. A photo of a product you saw in a Tashkent market is enough to start.
- We quote within 48 hours. You receive factory options, FOB prices, MOQ per SKU and an estimated CBM before you commit.
- You confirm and pay the deposit. We place orders with each supplier under our own account and hold the 30% deposit in the shipment ledger.
- We collect and consolidate. Goods arrive at our Yiwu or Ningbo warehouse, where every carton is labelled, marked and photographed.
- You inspect, if you want to. We run a pre-shipment inspection for USD 150 per inspector-day and send photos and a written report.
- We ship and hand over documents. LCL is booked, the container is loaded, and you receive the bill of lading and packing list within 20–40 days in Tashkent.

Our sourcing service fee is 6% of FOB order value below USD 5,000, 4% between USD 5,000 and USD 19,999, 3% up to USD 49,999, and 2.5% above USD 50,000. Consolidation adds USD 12 per CBM with a minimum of USD 30 per shipment. Freight is passed through at carrier cost.
Can you mix different suppliers in one container?
Yes. That is the core of what we do. Goods from different factories arrive at our Yiwu or Ningbo warehouse, are labelled and marked, then loaded together into one LCL consignment or one full container.
